Some Pictures

Mmmmmmm...ice cream cone!

My handywork on Sunday afternoon at Gramma's house! The girls wanted their faces and arms painted.

Terry and the kids on the quad.

Breana trying to get the frisbee from Jazz. She wouldn't let go!

Seth's turn at trying to get the frisbee!

A picture of Remi. I haven't posted about him much.

Oh, and we have a monkey on our hands! I went outside quickly to check on supper one night, and as I was coming back to the door, I found him getting out onto the step. I thought Breana had opened the door for him. I guess I was wrong because he did it again the next day, and Breana was outside and I saw him opening the door because he wanted outside as well!!!

He Did It!

He decided today to learn to stand by himself, as well as getting up from sitting to standing! He stood for maybe 3 seconds about a week ago, as well as taking about 2 steps, but he's doing the standing all the time now. He thinks it's the best thing ever! He stands whenever he can. I guess that is what learning is all about!

What else is new?...Not too much. Seth has been sleeping through the night for about 3 weeks. He even stayed sleeping thru the night with a double ear infection...yes, he had one again. And again, he showed no signs of an ear infection. He had a bit of a cold and a cough. The babysitter called me one morning and said his cough had gotten worse, so I took him into walk-in. His lungs were perfectly clear, but he had a bad infection in both ears. I guess we'll have to take him in every time he gets a cold, cause he doesn't seem to show any signs of them, and I don't want him to suffer another burst ear drum!

Breana is doing well. Busy as ever. She is looking forward to school already, and is looking forward to returning to Vanessa's house during the day. She even wanted Grandma to stay until September until she went back to Vanessa's. Mom didn't think that Terry would survive that long living in the same house as my mom! Too funny!

I have been able to work a day or two from home, so that helps with daycare costs! The kids have even let me work when I'm home, so that's good! Seth is getting better at being left with a babysitter. He only cries a second when I leave, and he's generally good for the rest of the day.

Sorry it's taken so long to update. I will try to update a little more often.
