September/October 2008

Here are the kids at Halloween. Breana was a grey cat and Seth was a lion. Mom did an amazing job with the costumes. Breana took this picture!

Breana is doing gymnastics again this year. She is having a blast doing it, as always.

We finally got the siding done on the house, and got rid of that awful blue foundation. It looks so much better.

I realized I never posted pictures of Breana's first day of kindergarten. Here she is with the student teacher. The next pictures are of her before school. She is such a diva, she had to pose in a hundred different ways!

Here is our family picture that was taken at Megan and Areimei's wedding. Terry stood up with Areimei, and Breana was the flowergirl. Seth looked so cute in his little suit, but I didn't get a good picture of it. He was kinda grumpy that day.

We went to the pumpkin patch at Oak Lake at the end of September. The kids had a blast!

Remi is a lucky dog. October was a rough month for him. During the first part of October, he had bladder stones and needed surgery to get rid of them. Then, at the end of the month, he had colitis, so he was on medication for that. Needless to say, our warm vacation has been put on hold as he used up our vacation fund! Darn dog!

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. Between work, kids, my course, it's been a hectic month.

Everyone just got over having the flu. It was nasty! The kids were sick on Tuesday. It was weird having Seth throw up because with Breana, she can at least hit a pail. Seth, not so much. Needless to say, we had to disinfect the ENTIRE house yesterday. Terry and I ended up with in on Thursday/Friday.

Mom, Denise, and I went to "Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat" on Thursday. It was awesome. The only bad thing was that we ended up giving our flu (which hit me after the show) to both Mom and Denise. Oops! Sorry!

Breana is LOVING school. She is enjoying it so much. They have just started home reading, and she is wanting to learn to read so badly. I have never seen a kid so into books. She would sit and listen to you read 1,000 stories a day if you could. SEth is really starting to enjoy books as well, so hopefully he is the same way.
